Museum Rentals 

Whether you rent the whole Museum or spaces within it, the Museum is a great place for your personal and/or business meetings, entertainment, weddings and receptions. For more information on Museum rentals, please call Emma Garcia, Development Assistant at 915-212-3064. 

Contemporary II Gallery

Contemporary II covers 4,282 square feet and can comfortably accommodate up to 450 standing and 250 seated persons.  The room is a great space for weddings, commitment ceremonies and receptions since it is the only space inside the Museum that can be closed off during open hours.  Large windows peer out on the Plaza and provide ample day light. Food and beverages are allowed.  The kitchen available for food preparation and catering is just down the hall.

El Paso Energy Auditorium

The El Paso Energy Auditorium seats 220 people and is handicap accessible with three areas able to accommodate wheelchairs.  The Auditorium is equipped with state of the art equipment including a large screen, projection, sound and lighting systems.  The state area can accommodate from single speakers to panel discussion set ups.  Small musical group performers are allowed but dancing is not permitted on stage.  Food and beverages are not allowed inside the Auditorium.

$600 for up to 2 hours
$1,250 for 2 to 4 hours
$1,750 for 4 to 8 hours

The Outdoor Museum Plaza Seating Area

The Outdoor Museum Plaza Seating Area is a great space for cocktail parties, dances, barbecues, band performances, and many other types of activities.  Food and beverage is allowed.  Please keep in mind that your outdoor event may require special permits. 

$1,750 for up to 4 hours
$3,250 for up to 8 hours

Classrooms and other small spaces are also available for rent for between $500 - $700.  Please contact Emma Garcia, Development Assistant at (915) 212-3064 for more information.
