Clay Explorations (Ages 15 and up)

Class Description: Students will explore the creative possibilities of clay using the methods of pinch, coil, slab and wheel-throwing. Products at the end will include imaginative, practical and whimsical items. This class meets for 6 sessions.

Life Drawing (Ages 18 and up)
Category: Adult Art Classes	Type: Adult
Class Description: Practice your life drawing skills in this self-guided, self-paced class. Amateur students and professional artists are welcome. A limited amount of paper, pencils, charcoal and pastels will be provided or you may bring your own drawing or painting supplies. Easels will also be provided. Please be advised: live nude models are the focus of this drawing class. No visitors will be allowed. No photography of any kind is permitted. Participants who fail to follow EPMA policies will immediately be asked to leave. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. Price is per session.

Acrylic Painting (Ages 15 and up)

Class Description: Students will learn the elements of design and composition to create still life paintings. The instructor will provide techniques that utilize the qualities of acrylic paint to render effects similar to both watercolor and oil paint. Beginning and intermediate students are welcome. Painting with Printmaking: Art of Collagraphy (Ages 15 and up)
Category: Adult Art Classes	Type: Adult
Class Description: Collagraphy is a printmaking process in which materials are applied to a rigid surface such as cardboard or wood. The resulting print is a collagraph, and may incorporate found objects, drawing, painting, and/or relief techniques. Students will learn to make their own collagraph plate and use a printmaking press. At the end of the course, students will have completed their own unique edition of ten or more collagraph prints. Class Description: Students will learn basic wheel throwing skills including centering, opening, pulling, shaping and forming vessels, along with the glazing process. Work will enhance individual development through functional and decorative projects. Mixed Media Art (Ages 9-12)

Class Description: Use two or more materials to learn how different media work together to create 2-D and 3-D artwork! Students will make sculptures with wire, plaster, clay and recyclables while using a wide variety of art materials such as watercolors, pastels, acrylics, pencils, nature and anything else we can find.
