Learn from a Master Artist! Join celebrated local artist Hal Marcus for an inspiring two-part workshop about creativity and the process of unleashing your imagination as part of an art practice. Guided by Marcus, create a work of art using mixed media inspired by the EPMA exhibition, The Red that Colored the World. Saturday will include an exclusive guided tour of Marcus’s gallery and studio. Designed for adults and teens. No art experience required. Tuition covers all materials.

Create your own Catrina with artist Wayne Hilton! Discover the history of Jose Posada’s, La Catrina, an illustration of an elaborately dressed female skeleton, and how it has come to symbolize Dia de Los Muertos. Learn how to create your own Catrina figure using recycled materials and decorative elements. Tuition covers all materials and supplies.
